INTERNET ACCESS - 2011 PRICE LIST
The prices for internet access are deliberately only available to order 'on location' so that there can be no doubt that if you can log on, use the free time that is allocated and access the internet without difficulty then when you pay for time the access will still be there.

We have made changes for 2011 to simplify the service
The prices have also risen by approximately 20% on average to absorb some of the increases in costs we have incurred in recent reviews from the ISP's. The bandwidth restrictions are still imposed so please use the service for browsing and email and NOT for downloading anything execept essential items. We are working towards obtaining unlimited LLU 24Mbps services but this is a year away yet for these locations.

BANDWIDTH USE
The bandwidths controls are guidelines to indicate what we expect you to use in normal use and it is these guidelines that we will apply when deciding if a user is excessively downloading or uploading either on a peer to peer site or a music/video/gaming site. In the event the user is exceeding the expectations they will be asked to pay the excess to continue to end of period of rental.
IMPORTANT: we understand that sometimes it is essential to be able to upload/download for work or OS updates and we have no wish to penalise people for what is deemed essential bandwidth use. We would simply appreciate an email advising us of the expectated usage and of what duration it is expected. Please use the support ticket system to do this and we can ensure that your use of the service is not interrupted.
