Online Support launched

Seatonnet has installed a new support system to help people get their online issues with SEATONNET quickly resolved. Click on the Support Tab at the top of the page and take a look.

The support ticket system enables users to raise issues with the Support Team in and outside of working hours and should resolve many of the problems that people experience during their visit to Seaton and Beer.

To access the service fill in the information requested paying attention to the categories that are provided.

We also have an FAQ system in place at the foot of the page. Please use this as it will provide you with information that will help you resolve your problems. As questions are raised in the Support area and then answered they will become part of the FAQ section helping us to deliver a better service across the airwaves.

You can still ring us for immediate help but, this will be restricted to working hours whereas the ticket system will run for longer periods of the day and night so is more likely to get an immediate response.
